Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, SUSAN BIEHL YOGA has offerings for you! Classes are best described as slow, vinyasa flows combining held poses to develop strength and flexibility with more fluid movements to maintain mobility. Linking it all together with intentional breath brings presence and self awareness to the practice. Now is the time to feel your best self!
HI, I'M SUSAN!
In my early 30’s, I started practicing yoga at home with videos to combat anxiety and insomnia that I had experienced from since childhood. In just one week of daily practice, I started feeling improvements in my mental state, fitness, and energy levels. The positive results were so much that I decided to share my knowledge of this healing tradition.
In 2015, I completed my yoga instructor certification and started my own yoga business teaching large classes, small groups, and private sessions. I have taught over 800 hours in-person and have maintained my professional registration with Yoga Alliance since 2015 which requires continuing education and teaching hours.
Recognizing that we are all short on time and going in a million different directions, I am now bringing the practice into your home with my online yoga studio. Whether you join me in-person or on your device, let me guide your yoga practice and meditations. You can also watch my tutorials to develop a home practice you can do all on your own, all at your own pace!
